Its variable leads alter the abnormal condition such as large resistance, big noise and processing surface slant under vibration cutting. On low HP machines, STC LP9 EPMVL series of endmills can performs high machining efficiency and tool life in 1D groove processing. For finishing process, it can also achieve better surface and vertical precision than standard endmills do.
