EPMVL end mill is designed unequal teeth spacing and variable leads. With serial change of teeth spacing, it effectively suppresses periodic stress and subtle vibration during cutting. Its variable leads alter the abnormal condition such as large resistance, big noise and processing surface slant under vibration cutting.
On low HP machines, STC LP9 EPMVL end mill can performs high machining efficiency and tool life in 1D groove processing. For finishing process, it can also achieve better surface and vertical precision than standard endmills do.
For carbon steel, alloy steel and medium hardness steel:
